In Singapore, Orchard Road
If you live in Singapore long enough, you will notice the significant lack of bishonens (which literally means pretty/beautiful guys) or ‘bishies’ (as what most local females call them for short). So what do some Singapore females do when they are lack eye candies? *Drum rolls* Seek out the mother country of bishonens… Japan! Although some resort to indulging themselves with fantasies of their favourite anime characters or 3D polygonal characters…

Holy crap! I will not want them walking around Singapore. These boys put as much make up as I do. Wait a minute - even more make up than I do!

Not only Bishonens dress well :) other kind of man do that as well - in my opinion, Bishonens are fine for me but I don’t really like some with really heavt makeups, because that simply freaks me out. Are they a part of the metrosexual movement, since they pay a lot of attention on their looks?

teddY: It’s not really a metrosexual movement. Hmm, it’s more like a ‘dressing’ trend that’s becoming quite popular among young punk-loving Japanese guys. Why is this popular? Probably coz many girls in Japan are attracted by this ‘genre’ of guys. Spot a pretty boy and they go gaa gaa. And guys love to have girls going gaa gaa over them, don’t they?

Yup, there are a alot of these kind of cafes in Japan. Hope I get to go visit one in the future. Just for the experience.
