So this is how it feels like to be graduating. Exciting yet scary. Excited that I’m graduating but yet fearful for the future. Guess it’s natural eh? =/

Now here’s an awesome figurine that’s so cute, you can’t help but go “SQUEEEE~” (even for a guy). By now, everyone should be familiar with the eyelined pale dude, L. He’s so popular that he has his own movie, his own DS game, his own line of sweets! What do art students do before they graduate? Have their graduation show, of course. NYP’s annual graduation show, Fusion’08, is going to be on 6 to 8 March. Oddly, this year’s fusion’s theme is ‘Fishing’. I know… now you must be thinking, “wth, fishing?!” (O.O) I know… I had the same reaction too, but the students in the Fusion committee are working really hard, trying to cope with studies and the fusion project at the same time.

I really like Square Enix’s work especially Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts(although I find FF story is a little complex to follow, lol). Even their music sounds spectacular, here’s a recent video interview with music composer Nobuo Uematsu in his summer house in the cool mountain regions of Yamanakako, better known as the area surrounding Mount Fuji.
Nobuo Uematsu, originator of FF music, had performed in the ‘Dear Friends’ concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall (more…)
